  • Google Cloud services, including Google Workspace and cloud storage.

  • Branding and identity services such as website development, hosting, and domain management.

  • Dedicated internet services for SMEs, corporate, and enterprises.

  • IT consultancy and digital transformation solutions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at our discretion without prior notice.


Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

  • Use our services in a lawful and ethical manner.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.


Payment Terms

  • Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms outlined in the service agreement.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.


Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain a high level of service availability and performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any downtime or disruptions beyond our control.


Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, remain the property of Digitalhub IT Solutions. Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.


Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of the engagement to third parties without prior written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalHub IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.


Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client must cease using our services, and any outstanding fees must be settled.


Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

Third-Party Services and Partnerships

Google Cloud Partnership
Digitalhub IT Solutions is an official Google Cloud Partner, with a primary focus on delivering Google Workspace solutions. By using our Google Workspace services, you agree to comply with Google’s terms and policies. We provide consultation, deployment, and management of Google Workspace, ensuring alignment with best practices.

  • Authorized Reseller Agreements
    As an authorized reseller of Eastern Communications services, we facilitate internet solutions under their guidelines. Clients acknowledge that the provisioning of these services is subject to Eastern Communications’ terms and service availability.
  • Limitations of Liability
    While Digitalhub IT Solutions facilitates the provisioning and management of third-party services, we are not liable for any service outages, disruptions, or policy changes implemented by Google Cloud or Eastern Communications.
  • Support and Escalations
    Support for third-party services may require escalation to Google Cloud or Eastern Communications. Digitalhub IT Solutions will assist in the escalation process but cannot guarantee resolution timelines beyond those provided by these partners.
  • Compliance and Policies
    Clients must adhere to the policies and acceptable use guidelines of Google Cloud and Eastern Communications. Any violation of these policies may result in service suspension or termination.
